Our Dental Savings Plan is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. Its' a discounted fee schedule for most services, only good at Absolute Smile.

You will not be singled out for rate increase or cancellations. You will not receive a membership card. Your plan's effective date will be on file with our office.
Plan Fees
Adult Savings Plan - $320
Additional Adult Savings Plan - $279
Child Savings Plan - $200
*Anyone 14 or older at the time of purchasing the savings plan is considered an adult
Program Guidelines
All services covered in the Absolute Smile Savings Plan are valid 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within that time frame. Any unused benefits will not roll over into the next plan year. Our Savings Plan is valid only at Absolute Smile and does not cover any services rendered at any other location, including referred specialty services.
- Patient's portion of bill is due the day of service
- Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance or financing program
- Non- Refundable No refunds or premiums will be issued at any time if participant decided not to utilize the Absolute Smile Savings Plan
- The Dual Plan is for spouses or parent/child only
- The Family Plan includes family members and children under 18 or children enrolled in college full-time until the age of 23.
